Here are the most frequently asked questions from Expo Plasticos 2024 exhibitors
Booths equal or less than 20 sqm. includes:
Exhibition space, lateral walls (except booths located on corners) covered with white formic both sides (it is mandatory to be requested), Booth identification sign (Company’s name and booth number, no logo, requesting in your Exhibitors Manual.), carpet, 1 double polarized electrical outlet of 110V per booth (the location may vary).
Booths of 21sqm. to 30sqm., only includes:
Carpeted area and 1 double electrical outlet of 110V.
Booths equal of 36sqm. or larger include:
Exhibition space, carpeted area, 2 double electrical outlets of 110V (the location may vary). These spaces do not include lateral walls.
IMPORTANT: The exhibitor must guarantee cleanliness and hygiene conditions in a permanent manner inside its booth, as well as place a sanitizing gel dispenser in its stand for the visitors to use.
All other services such as electricity, telephone, additional furniture, cleaning, etc. must be contracted with these official contractors. Application forms for these service providers are included in the Exhibitors Manual Online.
Besides, you will receive:
Staff available to assist you, with any needs that could be presented during the Trade Show.
Cleaning and sanitation of aisles with chlorinated water and quaternary salt-based nebulization nocturne.
Perimeter security services at all times during the event, set up and tear down.
Electronic invitation with your company’s logo to invite their clients.
A defined amount of Exhibitor Badges for your staff, according to the authorized sanitary guidelines.
Include a description of your products and services in the Exhibitor Directory, which will enhance their participation as a valuable reference even after the exposure.
Special rates at hotels for your accommodation during the expo.
Each exhibitor has the right to 6 badges for the first 9 sqm contracted, and 3 additional badges for each additional 9 sqm contracted.

Upon request should also include the sales staff and sales personnel, hostesses, demonstrators and interpreters, etc. and must do it filling out the Badges Form in your Exhibitor Manual.
IMPORTANT: They will only be given out to the person whose name is on the badge – no exceptions. NO changes can be made or replaced without cost.
These will be delivered on the Exhibitors Front Desk it will be located in the registration area outside the exhibition hall, specifically in the principal lobby of the Expo Guadalajara. The delivery of the badges will be held on Monday 4th, Tuesday 5th, Wednesday 6th, Thursday 7th November from 11:00 hrs until 17:00 hrs.
Additional badges before the deadline will cost $200.00 MXN each one and must be requested through your Exhibitors Manual online.
After the deadline, additional badges will cost $250.00 MXN each one and should be requested directly at the Exhibitors Front Desk located in the registration area outside the exhibition hall of the principal lobby in Expo Guadalajara.

All boxes and packing materials must be removed without exception no later than Monday, November 4th, at 20:00 hrs., and the full installation of the booth at the same hour. The Organizing Committee will not allow any type of installation after this time, or during the hours of the Expo.

No one under 18 years of age is allowed in the exhibit hall.
Each Exhibitor will receive an email once hired at their booth, which will indicate the directions to access the Online Exhibitor Manual. If you do not have your password please contact me via email at: firstname.lastname@example.org, each format has assigned a definite date which must be respected.
The system automatically locks the format and can only make your request directly by contacting the provider of that service or during the days of mounting the event. The service in question would be subject to delivery times and availability of the provider and incur additional charges.
Please do not send equipment via courier (Federal Express, DHL, or Ups to ship products to the show.)
