FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Here are the most frequently asked questions from
exhibitors at Expo Plasticos 2023:

For booths equal to or less than 20m² it includes:
Exhibition space, white melamine side and back walls (if requested), canopy and sign with company name and booth number (must be requested in the Exhibitor’s Manual), carpeted space (must be requested), 1 single 110V electrical contact (location will vary).

Stands from 21m² to 30m², include only:
Exhibition space and 1 single 110V electrical contact (location may vary).

For stands equal to or larger than 36m², includes:
Exhibition space, 2 single 110V electrical contacts (location may vary). These spaces do NOT include walls.

IMPORTANT: Exhibitors must guarantee cleanliness and hygiene conditions inside their booth, as well as place a sanitizing gel dispenser in their booth for visitor use and a visible sign specifying the maximum permitted capacity of the booth based on the assigned badges.

For both cases, all other services such as electricity, telephone, furniture, etc. will be contracted to the official suppliers included in the Exhibitor’s Manual.

You will also receive:

Personnel at your disposal to assist you in any need that may arise during the Expo.
Aisle cleaning and disinfection service, as well as nightly misting.
24-hour security at the entrances, as well as inside the exhibition hall, ensuring proper compliance with the sanitary guidelines required by the authorities.
Electronic invitation with your company logo to invite your customers.
A defined number of Exhibitor badges, according to the authorized sanitary guidelines.
Include the description of your products and services in the Exhibitors Directory, which will reinforce your participation as a valuable reference even after the exhibition.
Preferential hotel rates for your lodging during the Expo.

The Expo Plastics Organizing Committee, in conjunction with Expo Guadalajara, has implemented a Sanitary Guidelines Manual with preventive actions against SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19), which specifically contains the measures to be taken by Expo Guadalajara and the Organizing Committee, as well as the Exhibitor, supplier and visitor to prevent the risk of contagion among staff, suppliers, customers and visitors.

This protocol has been created following the guidelines of the state, local and territorial authorities of Guadalajara and can be found in its online Exhibitor’s Manual.

Exhibitors must respect the maximum allowed capacity of people inside their booth, which is 1 person per 4 m2 or the current value determined by the authority on the date of the event.

IMPORTANT: The badges will only be delivered personalized, and in no case and under no circumstances will be delivered only with the name of the company. NO changes or replacements can be made free of charge.

These will be delivered at the Exhibitor Service Module that will be located in the registration area outside the exhibition hall, specifically in the Lobby of Expo Guadalajara. The delivery of badges will take place on Sunday 26th, Monday 27th, Tuesday 28th, Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th March from 11:00hrs.

Due to the sanitary contingency currently being experienced worldwide, you must follow the recommendations issued by the corresponding authorities, limiting the maximum capacity allowed based on the badges assigned per booth size and the current value determined by the authority on the date of the event.

Assembly:

Exhibitors with areas equal to or less than 27 m2 in:

Monday, March 27th, 2023 08:00 – 22:00 hrs.

**Please consider these schedules when requesting your booth design.**

All boxes and packing material must be removed by Tuesday, March 26th at 10:00 a.m. sharp, with complete booth set-up by the same time. The Organizing Committee will not allow any type of booth set-up after this time or during Expo hours.

Disassembly:

JThursday, March 30th, 2023 17:30 – 22:00 hrs.
Friday, April 31st, 2023 08:00 – 20:00 hrs.

 

Dismantling and packing of displays will be prohibited before 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 30, 2023.

Exhibition schedule:

Tuesday, March 28th, 2023 11:00 – 18:00 hrs.
Wednesday, March 29th, 2023 11:00 – 18:00 hrs.
Thursday, March 30th, 2023 11:00 – 17:00 hrs.

 

Note: Access to students will be limited to Tuesday, March 30, from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm. Children under 18 years of age are not allowed in the exhibition hall.

Once you have contracted the booth, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to access the Exhibitor’s Manual Online. If you do not have your password, please request it via e-mail to Celina García at: celina.garcia@tsfactory.com.mx, since each form has a deadline date assigned to it.

The system automatically blocks the expired form and you will only be able to make your request by contacting the service provider directly or during the assembly days of the event. The service in question will be subject to the delivery times and availability of the supplier with an additional charge.

Please do not send via courier (Federal Express, Ups, DHL, etc.) any kind of material to the event.
