Below we show you the most frequent questions of the exhibitors:

Booths equals or less than 20 sqm. includes:
Exhibition space, lateral walls (except booths located on corners)
covered with white formic both sides (it is mandatory to be requested), Booth identification sign (Company’s name and booth number, no logo, requesting in your Exhibitors Manual.), carpet (must be requested), 1 double polarized electrical outlet of 110V per booth (the location may vary).

Booths of 21 sqm. to 30 sqm., only includes:
Exhibition space, 1 double electrical outlet of 110V (location may vary).

Booths equal of 36sqm. or larger includes:
Exhibition space, 2 double electrical outlets of 110V (the location may vary). This spaces does not includes lateral walls.

IMPORTANT: The exhibitor must guarantee cleanliness and hygiene conditions in a permanent manner inside its booth, as well as place a sanitizing gel dispenser in its stand for the visitors to use, as well as a sign specifying the maximum allowed capacity of the stand based on the quantity of assigned badges.

All other services such as electricity, telephone, additional furniture, cleaning, etc. must be contracted with these official contractors. Application forms for these service providers are included in the Exhibitors Manual Online.

Besides, you will receive:

Staff available to assist you, with any needs that could be presented during the Trade Show.
Cleaning and sanitation of aisles with chlorinated water and quaternary salt-based nebulization nocturne.
Perimeter security services at all times during the event, set up and tear down.
Electronic invitation with your company’s logo to invite their clients.
A defined amount of Exhibitor Badges for your staff, according to the authorized sanitary guidelines.
Include a description of your products and services in the Exhibitor Directory, which will enhance their participation as a valuable reference even after the exposure.
Special rates at hotels for your accommodation during the expo.

The Organizing Committee of Expo Plásticos 2021 in conjunction with Expo Guadalajara, have implemented this Sanitary Guideline Manual which contains preventive actions against SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19), it also specifically contains the measures to be taken by Expo Guadalajara and the Organizing Committee, as well as Exhibitors, suppliers, and visitors to prevent the risk of contagion among staff, suppliers, customers, and visitors, it promotes a hygienic and safe environment.

This protocol has been created following the state’s guidelines, as well as the authorities of the municipality of Guadalajara and you can find it on your Exhibitors Manual online.

For more information on Expo Guadalajara’s biosecurity protocols and actions regarding sanitation methods, air conditioning system filters, employee monitoring, food and beverages, points of sale, etc., please consult its Sanitary Guidelines Manual here (only Spanish version).

Each exhibitor must respect the maximum capacity on their booth allowed, which is of 1 person for each additional 4sqm. or the current parameter indicated by the authorities on the date the event is held. Badge limit: 21.

IMPORTANT: They will only be given out to the person whose name is on the badge no exceptions. NO changes
can be made or replacement without cost.

These will be delivered in the Exhibitors Front Desk it will be located in the registration area outside the exhibition hall, specifically in the principal lobby of the Expo Guadalajara. The delivery of the badges will be held on Tuesday 9th, Wednesday 10th, Thursday 11th and Friday 12th, November from 11:00hrs.

Due to the sanitary contingency currently being experienced worldwide, it must follow the recommendations of corresponding authorities, limiting to the maximum capacity allowed based on the badges assigned by stand size.

The setup schedule has been assigned according to location and space contracted. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Set up:

Exhibitors with booths equal of 27 sqm. and smaller have the following schedule:

Tuesday November 9, 2021 08:00 – 22:00 hrs.

**Please consider this Schedule, when request your special booth design**

All boxes and packing materials must be removed without exception no later than Wednesday, November 10th, at 22:00 hrs., and the full installation of the booth at the same hour. The Organizing Committee will not allow any type of installation after this time, or during the hours of the Expo

Tear Down:

Friday November 12, 2021 17:30 – 22:00 hrs.
Saturday November 13, 2021 08:00 – 20:00 hrs.

Work of dismantling the booth and packing up of displays shall be prohibited before 17:00hrs. of Friday, November 12th.

Exhibition schedule:

Wednesday November 10, 2021 11:00 – 18:00 hrs.
Thursday November 11, 2021 11:00 – 18:00 hrs.
Friday November 12, 2021 11:00 – 17:00 hrs.


Note: No one under 18 years of age is allowed in the exhibit hall.
Note. Access to students will limited to Friday, November 12th, from 15:00 to 17:00 hrs.

**For entering the venue you must pass through the sanitary filter located at the access so, it is suggested to arrive at least 30 minutes before its assembly time.**

Each Exhibitor will receive an email once hired their booth, which will indicate the directions to access the Online Exhibitor Manual. If you do not have your password please contact via email to celina.garcia@tsfactory.com.mx, each format has assigned a definite date which must be respected.

The system automatically locks the format and can only make your request directly contacting the provider of that service or during the days of mounting the event. The service in question would be subject to delivery times and availability of the provider and incur additional charges.
