FAQ's

Below we show you the most frequent questions of the exhibitors:

Booths equals or less than 20 sqm. includes:
Exhibition space, lateral walls (except booths located on corners) covered with white formic both sides, Booth identification sign (Company’s name and booth number, no logo, requesting in your Exhibitors Manual.), carpet (must be requested), 1 double polarized electrical outlet of 110V per booth (the location may vary).

Booths of 21 sqm. To 30 sqm., only includes:

Exhibition space and 1 double electrical outlet of 110V (location may vary).

Booths equal of 36sqm. or larger includes:

Exhibition space, 2 double electrical outlets of 110V (the location may vary).

All other services such as electricity, telephone, additional furniture, cleaning, etc. must be contracted with these official
contractors. Application forms for these service providers are included in the official EXHIBITOR’s Manual Online.

Besides, you will receive:

Staff available to assist you, with any needs that could be presented during the Trade Show.
Heavy duty carpet just in aisle area.
Perimeter security services at all times during the event, set up and tear down.
Electronic invitation with your company’s logo to invite their clients.
A defined amount of Exhibitor Badges for your staff, according to the size of your stand.
Include a description of your products and services in the Exhibitor Directory, which will enhance their participation as a valuable reference even after the exposure.
Special rates at hotels for your accommodation during the expo.

Each exhibitor has right of 6 badges for the first 9 sqm. contracted, and 3 additional badges for each 9 sqm. additional contracted. Badge limit: 21.

And so on. Upon request should also include the sales staff and sales personnel, hostesses, demonstrators and interpreters, etc. and must do it filling out the Badges Form in your Exhibitor Manual.

IMPORTANT: They will only be given out to the person whose name is on the badge – no exceptions. NO changes can be made or replacement without cost.

These will be delivered in the Exhibitors Front Desk it will be located in the registration area outside the exhibition hall,
specifically in the principal Lobby of the Expo Guadalajara. The delivery of the badges will be held on Tuesday, march 10th from 11:00hrs.

The schedule of the Exhibitors Front Desk will be:

Date Schedule
March 10, 2020 11:00 to 18:00 hrs.
March 11, 2020 10:00 to 18:00 hrs.
March 12, 2020 11:00 to 18:00 hrs.
March 13, 2020 11:00 to 17:00 hrs.

Additional badges before the deadline have a cost of $150.00 MXN each (VAT include) and must be requested in your Online Exhibitor Manual.

After the deadline, the additional badges will have a cost of $200.00 MXN each (VAT include) and these will be requested directly in the Exhibitor Service Module located in the registration area outside the exhibition hall, specifically in the Lobby of Expo Guadalajara.

Installation hours:
(The setup schedule has been assigned according to location and space contracted.)

Exhibitors with booths equal or larger than 600 sq. ft. have the following schedule:

Sunday March 8, 2020 13:00 – 22:00 hrs.
Monday March 9, 2020 08:00 – 22:00 hrs.
Tuesday March 10, 2020 08:00 – 22:00 hrs.
Wednesday March 11, 2020 08:00 – 10:00 hrs.

Exhibitors with booths of 400 sq. ft. to 500 sq. ft. have the following schedule:

Monday March 9, 2020 08:00 – 22:00 hrs.
Tuesday March 10, 2020 08:00 – 22:00 hrs.
Wednesday March 11, 2020 08:00 – 10:00 hrs.

Exhibitors with booths smaller of 400 sq. ft. have the following schedule:

Monday March 9, 2020 16:00 – 22:00 hrs.
Tuesday March 10, 2020 08:00 – 22:00 hrs.
Wednesday March 11, 2020 08:00 – 10:00 hrs.

Exhibitors with booths equal of 27 sqm. and smaller have the following schedule:

Tuesday March 10, 2020 08:00 – 22:00 hrs.

All boxes and packing materials must be removed without exception no later than Tuesday, March 10 at 22:00 hrs, and the full installation of the booth at the same hour. The Organizing Committee will not allow any type of installation after this time, or during the hours of the Expo.

Only exhibitors and authorized representatives will be allowed to enter to the exhibit area before beginning the exposure.

Tear down:

Friday March 13, 2020 17:30 – 22:00 hrs.
Saturday March 14, 2020 08:00 – 20:00 hrs.

 

Note: Work of dismantling the booth and packing up of displays shall be prohibited before 17:00 hrs of Friday, March 13, 2020.

Exhibition schedule:

Wednesday March 11, 2020 11:00 – 18:00 hrs.
Thursday March 12, 2020 11:00 – 18:00 hrs.
Friday March 13, 2020 11:00 – 17:00 hrs.

 

Note: Access to students will limited to Friday, Friday, March 13, 2020 from 14:30 a 17:00 hrs.
No one under 18 years of age is allowed in the exhibit hall..

Each Exhibitor will receive an email once hired their booth, which will indicate the directions to access the Online Exhibitor Manual. If you do not have your password please contact via email to celina.garcia@tsfactory.com.mx
Each format has assigned a definite date which must be respected.

The system automatically locks the format and can only make your request directly contacting the provider of that service or during the days of mounting the event. The service in question would be subject to delivery times and availability of the provider and incur additional charges.

Please do not send equipment via courrier (Federal Express, DHL or Ups to ship products to the show.) International & local exhibitors please contact:
