FAQ's


Booths equals or granter than 300 sq. ft. includes:
Exhibition space, lateral walls (except booths located on corners) covered with white formic both sides, carpet, Booth identification sign (Company’s name and booth number, no logo, requesting in your Exhibitors Manual.), 1 double polarized electrical outlets of 110V per booth (the location may vary).

Booths equals of 400 sq. ft. or larger includes:
Exhibition space, 2 double electrical outlets of 110V per booth (the location may vary).

Drayage service of machinery, (only platform – booth – platform), only for booths larger of 36m2. Service exclusive for machinery. If you need more information, please contact to: celina.garcia@tsfactory.com.mx

All other services such as electricity, telephone, additional furniture, cleaning, etc. must be contracted with these official contractors. Application forms for these service providers are included in the official EXHIBITOR’s Manual Online.

Besides, you will receive:

Staff available to assist you, with any needs that could be presented during the Trade Show.
Heavy duty carpet just in aisle area.
Perimeter security services at all times during the event, set up and tear down.
Electronic invitation with your company logo to invite your customers.
A defined amount of Exhibitor Badges for your staff, according to the size of your stand.
Include a description of your products and services in the Exhibitor Directory, which will enhance their participation as a valuable reference even after the exposure.
Special rates at hotels for your accommodation during the expo.

Each exhibitor has right of 6 badges for the first 100 sq. ft. contracted, and 3 additional badges for each 100 sq. ft. additional contracted.

And so on. Upon request should also include the sales staff and sales personnel, hostesses, demonstrators and interpreters, etc. and must do it filling out the Badges Form in your Exhibitor Manual.

These will be delivered in the Exhibitors Front Deskit will be located in the registration area outside the exhibition hall, specifically in the principal Lobby of Expo Guadalajara. The delivery of the badges will be held on Tuesday, November 6 from 10:00hrs.

The schedule of the Exhibitors Front Desk will be:

Date Schedule
November 6 10:00 to 20:00 hrs.
November 7 10:00 to 19:00 hrs.
November 8 11:00 to 19:00 hrs.
November 9 11:00 to 18:00 hrs.

 

Additional badges will cost $ 100.00 MxN each, and should be requested directly in the Exhibitors Front Desk located in the registration area outside the exhibition hall of principal Lobby in Expo Guadalajara.

Installation hours:
Exhibitors with booths equal or larger than 600 sq. ft. have the following schedule:

Sunday, November 4, 2018 13:00 – 22:00 hrs.
Monday, November 5, 2018 08:00 – 22:00 hrs.
Tuesday, November 6, 2018 08:00 – 22:00 hrs.
Wednesday, November 7, 2018 08:00 – 11:00 hrs.

Exhibitors with booths of 400 sq. ft. to 500 sq. ft. have the following schedule:

Monday, November 5, 2018 08:00 – 22:00 hrs.
Tuesday, November 6, 2018 08:00 – 22:00 hrs.
Wednesday, November 7, 2018 08:00 – 11:00 hrs.

Exhibitors with booths smaller of 400 sq. ft. have the following schedule:

Monday, November 5, 2018 13:00 – 22:00 hrs.
Tuesday, November 6, 2018 08:00 – 22:00 hrs.
Wednesday, November 7, 2018 08:00 – 11:00 hrs.

All boxes and packing materials must be removed without exception no later than Wednesday, November 7th at 11:00 hrs., and the full installation of the booth at the same hour. The Organizing Committee will not allow any type of installation after this time, or during the hours of the Expo.

Only exhibitors and authorized representatives will be allowed to enter to the exhibit area before beginning the exposure.

Tear down:

Friday, November 9, 2018 18:00 – 22:00 hrs.
Saturday, November 10, 2018 08:00 – 20:00 hrs.
